North China's Shanxi province launched a special talent introduction event in Shanghai on April 22, to further deepen cooperation with the Yangtze River Delta region.

This talent introduction event was organized by holding a series of main venue activities and parallel venue activities, providing a comprehensive introduction to Shanxi's culture, history, natural landscapes, economic and social development to students in Shanghai's universities.

The event also focused on introducing open job positions and policies for talent recruitment, sending a strong signal that Shanxi is eagerly seeking talents and actively embracing skilled individuals.

The main venue, led by the Organization Department of the CPC Shanxi Provincial Committee, hosted a rich variety of activities, including special introduction sessions, talent recruitment fairs, and earnest talks for young doctoral and postdoctoral candidates. 

The parallel venue activities, organized by 11 city governments, extended to 10 universities including Fudan University and Tongji University, as well as relevant enterprises and hospitals. Over 70 events including campus recruitment, project signings, cooperative negotiations, and technical seminars were conducted.

After the talent introduction event, each employer was engaged in in-depth exchanges with the participating talents over related information such as position requirements, salary and benefits.

During this year's spring and autumn recruitment seasons, Shanxi will further organize more than 10 talent introduction events in cities where key universities are concentrated, such as Beijing. This will further strengthen Shanxi's cooperation with well-known universities outside the province.
