North China's Shanxi province has issued a directive outlining plans to support the construction of 10 provincial high-skilled talent training bases and 30 skill master studios this year.

The provincial government will provide substantial financial support for these initiatives. Each high-skilled talent training base project will receive a construction subsidy of 2 million yuan ($272,118), while each skill master studio will be granted 100,000 yuan. The projects will commence upon the allocation of the fiscal subsidy funds and will have a construction period of two years.

Upon completion, the high-skilled talent training bases are expected to establish a comprehensive training system for over 700 individuals annually. The skill master studios are anticipated to make significant progress in technological innovation, invention, and skill teaching, training more than eight young technical talents and apprentices each year. The annual training pass and satisfaction rates from enterprises and workers are expected to exceed 90 percent.

Project units must strictly adhere to the construction implementation plans established during the application process and ensure proper fund management. Project funds must be used exclusively for their intended purposes, with separate accounts and detailed records for all income and expenditures.
