Shanxi Data Flow Valley, based in Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, launched Shanxi province's first artificial intelligence (AI) application service platform on April 11. This marks a significant milestone in advancing the province's AI industry services.

The platform aims to establish a leading AI industry service hub in North China by integrating a full range of services, including AI community, course training, skill certification, and demand matching. This will inject robust momentum into the province's economic transformation and upgrading efforts.

The platform comprises four major functional modules, addressing the entire spectrum from technical learning to commercial implementation. The AI community module features a diverse network of university students, developers, and enterprise users. The AI course training platform offers practical courses on AI painting, video generation, and intelligent agent development, adopting a "theory + case study + hands-on" approach to ensure flexible skill acquisition.

The AI skill certification platform introduces a comprehensive AI skill certification system. Upon completing courses and passing assessments, participants receive certification and internship recommendations, effectively alleviating employment pressures for university graduates and providing enterprises with ready-to-use talent. The AI demand matching platform aims to build an efficient bridge between technology suppliers and demanders, collecting AI application needs from enterprises, government agencies, and other institutions through online and offline channels.

The AI application service platform currently encompasses a website, app, and WeChat mini-program, forming a comprehensive application matrix.
