Shanxi province arranged for a delegation of 30 enterprises to participate in the 34th Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair on May 17. The delegation brought a wide array of unique local products to the fair.

The participating Shanxi enterprises span multiple industries, showcasing a variety of "Shanxi brand" products such as specialty agricultural products, green foods, and alcoholic beverages, as well as high-end handicrafts, machinery, and hardware building materials. This comprehensive display highlights Shanxi's industrial strengths and innovative achievements.

In the food sector, Shanxi Qikouhong Agricultural Technology Co attracted significant attention with its jujube and pearl mushroom series, while in the arts and crafts sector, Jinyifang Cultural Development Co showcased Zezhou iron kettles, demonstrating the exquisite craftsmanship of Shanxi's traditional arts.

The head of Jinyifang Cultural Development Co noted that the trade fair is an important platform that connects Northeast Asia and reaches global markets. Participating in the fair has further enhanced the international brand influence of Zezhou iron kettles, and the company aims to use the fair to expand into emerging markets such as Russia and Central Asia, building a network of cross-border cooperation.

Zhang Yongjie from the Foreign Trade Department of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce stated that they will use the trade fair as an opportunity to deepen economic and trade cooperation with countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative and help more high-quality products from Shanxi reach international markets.
