Twenty-five enterprises from Shanxi province have made remarkable appearances at the 4th China-Central and Eastern European Countries Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair (4th China-CEEC Expo), which opened on May 22, presenting over 40 distinctive Shanxi products.

The Shanxi exhibition hall, covering an area of 198 square meters, is divided into four sections: "Intelligent Manufacturing Shanxi", "Brewing Shanxi", "Tasting Shanxi", and "Crafting Shanxi". "Intelligent Manufacturing Shanxi" highlights new products, technologies, and achievements in key sectors such as home appliances and intelligent manufacturing. "Brewing Shanxi" focuses on products such as white wine and red wine, showcasing the unique wine culture of Shanxi. 

"Tasting Shanxi" features products such as grains and Youyu mutton, highlighting the development of Shanxi's renowned agricultural products. "Crafting Shanxi" emphasizes items like Zezhou iron kettles and Fushan paper-cutting, demonstrating the achievements of Shanxi's craft industry and its rich cultural heritage.

The China-CEEC Expo is the only national-level exhibition in China specifically targeting Central and Eastern Europe, having held three previous editions. This year's expo, spanning 80,000 sq m, features 435 enterprises from 14 Central and Eastern European countries, as well as the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy, marking an outreach beyond CEEC.

An official from the Department of Commerce of Shanxi Province stated that Shanxi will continue to enhance policy guidance and financial support, assisting enterprises in exploring diversified markets. By organizing participation in various international exhibitions, providing trade facilitation measures, and strengthening the exchange of international market information, the province aims to help more enterprises improve their international operations and enable high-quality Shanxi products to reach the global market.
