Shanxi province has launched a "one-stop" entrepreneurship service, integrating five high-frequency entrepreneurial matters, including applying for employment and certificates, registering business entities, and confirming taxpayer information, into an optimized, unified service.

This initiative, based on the principle of "one-time collection, multi-purpose use", integrates five scattered matters from different departments into cross-departmental collaborative services. For instance, after filling out an "Application for 'One Stop' Personal Entrepreneurship Service" form and submitting basic documents like ID cards and business licenses, entrepreneurs can apply for multiple services simultaneously, including business entity registration and taxpayer information confirmation.

Specifically, individuals starting small and micro-enterprises for the first time, college graduates who have been in normal company operations for over a year, and returnees engaging in local entrepreneurship can apply for a one-time entrepreneurship subsidy.

Applicants can log in to the Shanxi Government Service Platform's "Efficiently Handle One Matter" section online, select the "one-stop service" for personal entrepreneurship, and follow the system prompts to complete the processing. Offline, they can apply in person at designated "Efficiently Handle One Matter" service windows in municipal or county government service centers.

Based on their needs, applicants can independently choose one or multiple services to process. With complete documentation and meeting relevant acceptance criteria, processing can be completed in as little as one working day and no longer than 18 working days.
