The "Zhi Hui Shanxi" Overseas Scholars Forum convened on Aug 9 in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, bringing together representatives from local universities and nearly 300 overseas experts and scholars to discuss talent development strategies.

In sub-forums, universities and overseas scholars engaged in in-depth discussions on academic development, scientific research, and talent policies, exploring potential collaborations. During interactive sessions, international experts negotiated with Shanxi's educational institutions on issues such as academic interests and talent policies. Following these discussions, participants toured university faculties, research platforms, living facilities, and the entrepreneurship park.
