The comprehensive service platform "Shanxi Talent Home" has been put into operation in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, serving as a crucial gateway to attract and assist talent.

"Shanxi Talent Home" is responsible for high-level talent recognition and service handling. It manages the offline comprehensive platform and the online "Shanxi Talent" service platform, and assists in organizing provincial talent programs and major talent exchange activities.

The offline comprehensive platform features a specialized talent service window, consolidating resources across the province. It coordinates 34 responsible units, oversees over 1,500 service entities, and manages a team of more than 2,000 service specialists, coordinators, and consultants, establishing a comprehensive talent service system.

Shanxi Provincial Talent Service Center has also developed an online "Shanxi Talent" service platform, comprising a website, WeChat public account, and WeChat mini-program. These platforms provide robust support for provincial-level talent activities in Shanxi.
