Organized by the Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce and the Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, 52 enterprises from Shanxi province are showcasing their flagship products at the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) which is taking place from Sept 17 to 21.

Shanxi enterprises set up exhibition booths across two distinct zones at the expo. In the National Key Strategy Service Exhibition Zone, the Shanxi section is divided into four sections: foreign cooperation, craft culture, food processing, and smart manufacturing, with 26 enterprises participating.

The foreign cooperation section features the overseas achievements of the participating companies under the Belt and Road Initiative. The craft culture sector displays intangible cultural heritage (ICH) masterpieces from enterprises like Jincheng JinYiFang Culture Development Co, demonstrating the innovative development of traditional crafts.

The food processing section introduces Shanxi's distinctive flavors, represented by brands like Shanxi Qinzhou Yellow Millet (Group) Co. Meanwhile, the smart manufacturing sector demonstrates the province's transformation achievements with companies such as Shanxi Fenghong Industrial Co.

In the Agriculture Exhibition Zone, another 26 agricultural enterprises are presenting more than 90 characteristic agricultural products. Participating enterprises are promoting Shanxi's flavors through on-site tastings, simultaneous live broadcasts, and the distribution of promotional brochures.

By showcasing its high-quality products at the 22nd CAEXPO, Shanxi aims to deepen cooperation with ASEAN in fields such as economy, trade, culture, technology, and agriculture.
