An industrial enterprise delegation from Shanxi province is showcasing its notable achievements and potential in industrial green transition at the 25th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) which is taking place in Shanghai from Sept 23 to 27.

Launched in 1999, the CIIF has become one of the world’s largest industrial events. This year, it covered about 300,000 square meters, attracting 3,000 companies from 28 countries and regions.

Shanxi hopes to showcase the latest achievements in green transition to the world. Covering 200 sq m, the Shanxi exhibition area highlights the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the energy-saving industry chain, under the theme of green and low-carbon development. 

The area features major enterprises from sectors like intelligent energy-saving technology, high-efficiency energy-saving equipment, new energy storage, green manufacturing, and the circular economy.

The exhibition area's design integrates green, low-carbon, and industrial elements. An investment environment display zone and an enterprise product exhibition zone are set up for visitors. A dedicated zone has been designed for business communication, building a direct negotiation platform between Shanxi enterprises and global enterprises.

For Shanxi's industrial enterprises, the fair serves as a crucial platform for showcasing new products, deepening technical exchanges with industry-leading enterprises, and promoting collaboration between Shanxi and Shanghai. 

For the provincial development, Shanxi's participation is excepted to further elevate the international visibility of its manufacturing, expand domestic and global markets, attract technology cooperation and industrial investment from the Yangtze River Delta region, and inject new impetus into its all-around high-quality development.
