A list of 67 outstanding companies was released on Nov 11 at the 2025 Shanxi Private Gazelle Enterprises event in Taiyuan, exemplifying the rapid growth of private tech enterprises in Shanxi province.

These newly recognized gazelle enterprises have demonstrated remarkable performance over the past three years, achieving an average compound revenue growth rate of 18.3 percent, showcasing their resilience. Their total workforce has grown by an average of 5.5 percent annually, while average employee wages have increased by 9.21 percent, highlighting their significant social contributions.

Gazelle enterprises are crucial for fostering new quality productive forces and driving high-quality economic development. Shanxi has focused on integrating technological and industrial innovation, providing a robust growth platform for gazelle and unicorn enterprises and enabling these pioneering companies to accelerate their progress in emerging sectors.

The Shanxi Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce plans to expand service platforms by uniting resources from the finance, technology, and talent sectors. It aims to enhance cooperation with government bodies, financial institutions, research institutes, and third-party service platforms, facilitating technological breakthroughs, product upgrades, and industrial transformation for these enterprises.

The federation also encourages private enterprises to foster innovative cultures and play pivotal roles in technological advancement. This will inject greater momentum into the province's high-quality economic and social development.
