The Light-flavor Baijiu Special Exhibition area brought together over 30 representative Shanxi baijiu enterprises. The exhibition covered a full range of products, from high-end to affordable options, highlighting the collective strength of Shanxi's baijiu production regions.
The exhibition area buzzed with activity as distributors, buyers, and baijiu enthusiasts from across the country gathered to sample the exquisite spirits and explore potential collaborations.
"The smooth and sweet taste and pure aroma truly make it an authentic Shanxi liquor," said a distributor from Luoyang after sampling fenjiu (a kind of baijiu produced in Fenyang). He immediately engaged in in-depth discussions with the exhibitors about potential partnerships.
In recent years, light-flavor baijiu has experienced a golden era of market growth, driven by its refreshing taste and versatility across diverse consumption scenarios. Shanxi has seized this opportunity to strengthen its baijiu industry cluster by fostering collaboration between flagship enterprises and small and medium-sized distilleries, enhancing the Shanxi liquor brand's influence and market competitiveness.
This special exhibition at the Chengdu fair not only showcased Shanxi baijiu but also provided an efficient platform for deep integration with the national market, building a solid bridge for economic and cultural exchange between Sichuan and Shanxi.
