The 2026 Shanxi "AI+" Industry Integration Conference took place in Taiyuan on March 28, bringing together national industry elites, leading enterprise representatives, and authoritative experts to focus on cutting-edge AI technologies, practical applications, and innovative environments, with the aim of establishing a new high-quality development ecosystem for Shanxi's AI industry.

Focusing on the empowerment of the real economy through AI technologies, the event attracted over 100 exhibitors, more than 4,000 participating companies, and over 10,000 attendees, showcasing the latest research achievements and AI integration cases in key areas such as healthcare, education, manufacturing  and energy.

The immersive interaction zone prominently featured leading humanoid robots from companies such as Agibot, Engineai, and Tesla. With advanced capabilities such as millisecond-level motion synchronization, autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance, and emotion sensing, these intelligent robots enabled attendees to experience breakthroughs in embodied intelligence firsthand.

The conference also presented warm-hearted, intelligent solutions for the elderly. Li, a 60-year-old attendee, engaged in a delightful conversation with an on-site robot, highlighting the humanistic aspect of intelligent technology.

The conference also featured VR/AR immersive virtual applications and embodied intelligence real-world simulations, bridging the gap between technology and the public and making abstract AI concepts tangible and experiential.

Shanxi is vigorously promoting the integration of its digital and real economies, with AI, a key driver, widely applied in manufacturing, energy, and environmental protection. This conference aims to further integrate industry resources, accelerate the industrialization of achievements, and establish a high-end platform to facilitate the intelligent upgrading of industries across the province.
