The New Maker team from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology (TYUST) delivered an outstanding performance at the 2026 RoboMaster University League (North China), which recently concluded at Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology. It clinched the championship in both the 3V3 Match and the Engineer Challenge.

This year's North China event attracted elite teams from renowned universities such as Tsinghua University and Beihang University. The competition featured a variety of events, including the 3V3 Match, Infantry Match, and Engineer Challenge, aiming to comprehensively assess participants' skills in mechanical design, embedded systems, machine vision, artificial intelligence, and teamwork.

Amid fierce competition, the New Maker team demonstrated exceptional competitive strength and adaptability. During the group stage, team members remained composed, skillfully controlling their self-developed robots. Their stable performance secured them first place, advancing them to the next round of competitions. 

In the decisive match, the team engaged in an intense battle with their opponents. Through precise control, seamless coordination, and the reliable performance of their robots, they dominated the field and emerged victorious.

The 2026 RoboMaster University League is a major part of the RoboMaster University Series, with regional competitions taking place in North China, Shandong, and South China, and showcasing the remarkable skills of university teams across the nation.
