The main venue for the conference is in Longma Lake Starry Sky Cultural District in Jincheng, with a secondary venue in Shuli Town, Qinxian county. The 16 core activities will deeply integrate Shanxi's rich cultural heritage with Jincheng's local characteristics, aiming to comprehensively showcase Shanxi's book-loving culture, and promote practical engagement with reading for all.

Among the highlights, the Fengcheng Book Fair will create a 1,300-square-meter multifunctional cultural space in Longma Lake Park, featuring five major exhibition areas and a reading lounge. This space will combine display, experience, sales, and interaction, with 30 publishers already confirmed to participate.

Meanwhile, Shuli Town will host major activities, including immersive tours, theatrical performances, classic readings, cultural and creative product fairs, lectures by renowned authors, and mobile library services.

The conference will also feature a series of activities such as the 4.26 Copyright Awareness Campaign, exchanges on the high-quality development of physical bookstores, and charitable reading events, achieving a deep integration of reading with culture, tourism, copyright protection, and the growth of minors.
