As construction progresses, the investment attraction efforts are also advancing steadily. With a focus on cultural tourism, specialty dining, trendy leisure, and quality accommodation, the project continues to engage leading domestic and international brands.
The business department has already established strong partnerships with several top brands, while the operations team is developing a comprehensive commercial operation system, laying a solid foundation for a successful opening this fall.
The first phase of the Nuanquan Bay N37 project covers a total construction area of 140,000 square meters, with an investment of 1.3 billion yuan ($191.49 million). The project aims to integrate commercial elements with natural landscapes through street, indoor, and rooftop greenery, creating a holistic consumption ecosystem that blends dining, accommodation, transportation, tourism, shopping, and entertainment.
