28th CRAIC Shanxi regional qualifier concludes

The Shanxi regional qualifier for the 28th China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition (CRAIC) has concluded, with 154 outstanding teams emerging from a total of 479 teams from 25 universities across the province and earning their spots in the national finals.

The qualifier brought together innovation teams from prestigious institutions, including Taiyuan University of Technology, Shanxi University, and North University of China. The event showcased the educational achievements and innovative capabilities of Shanxi's universities in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). Awards were presented for first, second, and third places, as well as for outstanding instructors and organizing units.

Founded in 1999, CRAIC is one of the most influential and authoritative events in the field within the country. The competition focuses on cutting-edge areas such as embodied intelligence and industrial intelligent applications, emphasizing engineering practice, technological innovation, and real-world application capabilities.

As one of the most prominent and largest competitions in robotics and AI in Shanxi, this year's event aimed to advance academic development in related disciplines while cultivating students' practical innovation abilities and teamwork skills. The teams advancing to the national finals will represent Shanxi and showcase the province's scientific and technological innovation on the national stage.
