The China (Taiyuan) International Energy Industry Expo opened at the Shanxi Xiaohe International Conference and Exhibition Center on Sept 3. Covering 60,000 square meters, the expo features 10 specialized exhibition zones and 467 participating companies, setting new records for both scale and number of exhibitors.
The exhibition hall showcases a wide array of new energy equipment and smart technologies. In the photovoltaic zone, high-efficiency modules and distributed systems are neatly displayed, with demonstrations of the entire process from photoelectric conversion to energy storage, drawing significant attention from visitors.

The high-tech zone is equally impressive, with drones and intelligent robots stealing the spotlight. The drones, designed for inspection, exploration, and environmental monitoring, are particularly suited for high-risk environments like mines and power grids, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and safety. Intelligent robots equipped with precision operation systems demonstrate the deep integration of artificial intelligence with the energy industry.
The expo buzzes with lively exchanges and negotiations. Exhibitors enthusiastically explain the technical principles and market potential of their products, addressing questions about technical specifications, cooperation models, and policy implementation. Companies actively interact, exploring new industry trends and uncovering fresh opportunities for collaboration.
The expo will run until Sept 6 and feature a series of thematic activities focused on industry cooperation, technology exchange, and project implementation. The goal is to establish an efficient, practical platform for collaboration, injecting strong momentum into Shanxi's efforts to build a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient new energy system.
