The Taiyuan High-end Metal Industry Chain Quality Technology Innovation Consortium was established on Dec 1, led by the Taiyuan bureau of market supervision and jointly initiated by the related enterprises and institutions.

This initiative aims to accelerate the cultivation of new quality productive forces and propel Taiyuan's high-end metal industry higher up the value chain.

At the founding meeting, the Charter of the Taiyuan High-end Metal Industry Chain Quality Technology Innovation Consortium was adopted, outlining the consortium's purpose, direction, and operating guidelines.

The member units signed the Agreement on the Establishment of the Taiyuan High-end Metal Industry Chain Quality Technology Innovation Consortium, solidifying a consensus and collaboration towards joint development.

During the symposium, representatives from the consortium's member units shared their perspectives. All agreed that establishing the consortium is an essential path to breaking down industry barriers, promoting efficient transformation of research achievements, enhancing industry-wide quality governance, and advancing quality-driven chain development.

The consortium is expected to address key common quality challenges, improve the technical service system, and facilitate the integration of quality, standards, metrology, inspection and testing, certification, recognition, intellectual property, and other resources.

This effort aims to deliver a batch of landmark achievements and demonstration application scenarios, providing robust technical support and quality assurance for the transformation of "Taiyuan Manufacturing" into "Taiyuan Quality."
