Established in 2014, Luyanfang Paper-Cutting Culture Co was founded by Lu Yanfang, a master of international arts and crafts from Quwo county. Lu Yanfang is a member of the Chinese Artists Association and the China Arts and Crafts Association, as well as a practitioner of Linfen paper-cutting, an intangible cultural heritage.

To preserve and promote this art form, Lu Yanfang established a paper-cutting training base under the Quwo Paper-Cutting Association. Her works are celebrated for their unique style, rich aesthetic, and cultural value. Loved by audiences both domestically and internationally, her creations have been purchased and collected by customers in countries such as the United States and Thailand.
