The 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Fair (ICIF) was held from May 21 to 25. Linfen presented over 300 cultural and creative products at the event, showcasing its cultural resources through digital technology and intangible cultural heritage.

During the exhibition, Linfen introduced XR and VR cultural experience projects. The "Taosi Temple: A Heritage Spanning Millennia" performance using XR technology, recreated life scenes from the Taosi Temple Site, which dates back 4,300 years.

The VR technology experience of Xiaoxitian Temple's hanging sculptures in Xixian county, which was selected as a UNESCO demonstration case, was also presented at the exhibition. These two digital innovations enhanced audience interaction and engagement with Linfen's historical and cultural elements.

Xiangning county's purple clay pottery, Xiaoxitian Temple's cultural creations, Taiping county's embroidered balls, and other intangible cultural heritage products were exhibited together. More than 40 pieces of Xiangning purple clay ceramics, made with locally sourced materials and traditional craftsmanship, were warmly received by attendees. Among them, seven purple clay works were shortlisted in the national gift selection competition at ICIF, with one set earning the Emerging Talent Award.

Linfen gained insights into the workings of the cultural and tourism industry, established partnerships with enterprises from various regions, and promoted collaborations between cultural tourism projects and cultural creative products.
