The competition assessed various practical skills, including daily infant care, hygiene and health practices, safety measures, and emergency response protocols. The onsite setup included standardized equipment such as infant simulation models, feeding tools, and emergency supplies. Judges evaluated participants' performance based on industry standards, scoring their procedures and attention to detail.

Participants noted that the competition helped them identify skill gaps, learn practical techniques, and apply newly acquired knowledge to their daily caregiving work. According to the event organizers, the competition aimed to enhance practitioners' learning and training, standardize childcare service processes across the district, and improve caregivers' overall professional competency.

Yaodu plans to regularly organize skill training programs and competitions to refine industry-standardized management systems. This initiative will help optimize the quality of affordable childcare services, and increase public trust and satisfaction with local childcare offerings.
