An event based on the theme of admiring the autumn leaves of Yangquan city by traveling along the Taihang No 1 tourist highway was launched in the city's Hongyanling scenic area on Oct 26. 

The event, jointly organized by the bureau of culture and tourism and the bureau of transportation, aims to further promote the cultural and tourism resources of Yangquan, comprehensively enhance the brand awareness and influence of local cultural tourism, and explore new models of integrating transportation and tourism.

Through activities such as field trips, recitation meetings, and livestreaming, the themed event will explore and present the abundant cultural and tourism resources of Yangquan and the beautiful scenery along the tourist highway. 

The Yangquan section of the highway connects more than 40 tourist attractions, through 23 towns and 258 villages.
