The 1947 Yangquan Memory Cultural Park, located on the former site of the Yangquan Water Pump Factory, is transforming industrial heritage into a vibrant city landmark.

Recognized as a national 4A tourist attraction and a key nighttime cultural and tourism hub, the park exemplifies innovative redevelopment by merging historical elements with modern creativity, breathing new life into the factory's weathered brick walls and preserved machinery.

The original E-shaped foundry workshops have been transformed into the Yangquan Memory Theme Pavilion, where iconic 20th-century buildings are recreated, allowing visitors to experience the evolving streets of Yangquan and witness the decades of transformation that have taken place.

The park also features the City Reception Hall, Workers' Auditorium, Art Gallery, and supporting infrastructure. It has become a hotspot for fashion enthusiasts, photographers, leisure-seeking people, and older generations reminiscing.

It has attracted approximately 2.8 million visitors and hosted numerous high-profile events since its opening in 2021. With ongoing expansion plans, including a sci-fi-themed center, the park continues to enrich Yangquan's cultural landscape.
