Yangquan has launched an initiative aimed at enhancing youth employment and entrepreneurship, with a special focus on recent college graduates.

Authorities have introduced a range of innovative employment services under the framework of "one loan, one training, and four subsidies".

"One loan" refers to aspiring entrepreneurs among college graduates who can apply for an entrepreneurial guarantee loan of up to 300,000 yuan ($41,839). The loan is subsidized by the government, with a maximum application period of three years.

"One training" is designed to help young people clarify their career goals, develop job search plans, engage in employment practices, and enhance their job skills.

The "four subsidies" include a social security subsidy for self-employed individuals, a one-time entrepreneurship subsidy, a subsidy for entrepreneurial site rentals, and a one-time job-hunting subsidy.

Yangquan will host regular public recruitment events, providing platforms for job seekers and employers to engage in job registration, information consultations, and matchmaking discussions. These events will also feature presentations on employment support policies pertinent to businesses.
