Yangquan Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center has obtained the China Metrology Accreditation (CMA) for its newly developed ceramic testing capabilities.

The expanded testing capabilities encompass ceramic raw materials, household ceramics, and fine ceramic cookware. The testing process evaluates 15 critical parameters, such as water absorption, thermal shock resistance, and lead and cadmium migration.

These enhancements allow local sand pottery products to be tested and certified within the city, significantly reducing research and production costs for businesses and boosting their market competitiveness and influence.

The center remains committed to improving its testing capabilities and fostering collaborative innovation with the ceramic industry. Through precise testing, standard formulation, and research support, the center aims to establish Yangquan as a nationally influential hub for the sand pottery industry.
