Yangquan develops digital solutions to enhance business environment
Yangquan has launched the "Qi Jing Tong" applet, a digital platform designed to streamline approval processes and improve the business environment.
"'Qi Jing Tong' has decreased our administrative workload, allowing us to concentrate more on production and development," said Wang Xiaoling, office director at Shanxi Qineng New Material Technology Co.
Addressing the issue of frequent and burdensome inspections has been a priority, according to Liu Jie, a local official. The 'Qi Jing Tong' applet was developed to tackle this challenge by reducing inspection frequency through coordinated digital enforcement and strategic planning.
The platform mandates that all inspections be pre-registered online. It analyzes and consolidates inspection plans from various departments, facilitating a "one-door, multiple-check" approach.
During inspections, officials use a code to verify credentials, record the process, and provide real-time feedback, minimizing unnecessary disruptions and allowing enterprises to focus on production and innovation.
Liu Zhide, office director at Shanxi Dingkunyuan Pharmaceutical Co, shared his positive experience: "We received advance notice of a joint inspection through the app, prepared our environmental and safety records, and completed the inspection in just one hour. The transparency and efficiency are remarkable."
"Qi Jing Tong", which covers 294 key enterprises, has registered 19 inspections, six of which have been carried out on-site, reducing inspection time by over 60 percent.
Authorities plan to utilize big data to break down departmental data silos, transforming "Qi Jing Tong" into a comprehensive bridge that serves enterprises efficiently.
