Yangquan city in Shanxi province showcased over 30 specialty agricultural products from seven local companies at the 22nd China International Agricultural Trade Fair (CATF) – held from Oct 17 to 19 – using themed presentations, product displays, and interactive experiences to promote its unique "Yangquan flavor" nationwide.

As China's most influential comprehensive agricultural exhibition, CATF serves as a vital platform for showcasing agricultural advancements, promoting product distribution, and fostering trade cooperation. This year, the fair spanned approximately 100,000 square meters and hosted over 3,000 exhibitors.

Yangquan hosted a special presentation on "Yangquan Selenium Products". Seven local enterprises highlighted the city's selenium-rich agricultural assets and development strength through promotional videos, industry overviews, brand displays, and interactive prize activities.

The Yangquan booth attracted considerable attention, with products like Longfeitang selenium-rich eggs, Jinyangfu selenium-rich aged vinegar, and Niangziguan selenium-rich cakes selling out as attendees flocked to taste them.

Using the CATF platform, Yangquan's selenium-rich agricultural industry has gained increased recognition and influence nationwide. The city plans to continue strengthening product branding, promoting industrial chains, and enhancing product value. These efforts aim to expand market reach and support high-quality agricultural growth.
